Go Gamecocks Fight!

Hannah loves the Gamecocks! She got to have a "picnic" of Chick-Fil-A in the family room and watch the first hour of the game. She actually watched it, and of course being the parrot that she is, so shouted out whatever Daddy said at the TV. Daddy has to keep his game watching G-Rated when Hannah is around. She got a little football at the Okra Strut Parade earlier in the morning and had to put on her Go Gamecock dress when she got up from her nap. She spent the afternoon jumping around saying "Go Gamecocks Fight", even while we were shopping in Publix. She asked for an orange balloon at Publix and the lady said "are you sure?" and I said "Hannah that's not a Gamecock color". Hannah said. "I want a red one please". She got a red balloon and was proud that it was a Gamecock color. She made that decision all on her own!

Forgotten Camera & New Game

It's amazing how starting back at school has taken all of my time! I haven't touched the blog in weeks. I'm sorry.

I'm also very sorry that I don't have some great Labor Day Pictures to share with you. I forgot my camera. Can you believe it? The lack of a scrapbook page for our weekend just about makes me sick :(. My camera is usually attached to me, but I was trying to get everyone packed and out of the door and it got left behind. I was quite upset. Mom purposely left hers at home thinking "Katie always has hers, no need to take mine." Aunt Llora and Uncle Trip had their camera and snapped a few photos for me, but I haven't gotten those yet, and Uncle Grayson took a great Picture of Hannah with her hiking backpack on (the one she rides in). If I get pictures from my family, I will certainly post. We had a great time in the mountains with the Miller clan and Hannah had an awesome time tubing down Deep Creek in Bryson City on Daddy's lap. She loved it.

This past week was Belles and Beaus Consignment Sale. One of my favorite times of the year! I get to go shopping for Hannah and look for good deals. I got mostly just clothes this year, but got some great things. I got a great winter coat, some holiday clothes and shirts and pants. I got quite a few Gymboree outfits that will interchange with each other. Love it! I also got Hannah a new game. I didn't save it for Christmas because I knew she'd be into it right now. This summer Stephanie told me about a duckie game her boys used to have, and she thought it would be good for Hannah's age. I found it at the sale! Hannah loves it. The ducks swim around in a circle and have shapes and colors under them. Matching is one of her favorite games right now and since she knows her colors and shapes, this game is perfect for her. We ran the batteries down Friday evening. She glad Daddy has Monday off to go to the dentist, because she wants to play it with him. We'd better get a stash of batteries ready!
